A template that fits how you already do it
Maybe you track groceries and the dog's vet bills separately. Maybe your week starts on a Wednesday because that's when you get paid. If the shop is close but not quite, tell us what you need and we'll quote it.
Custom work is done by the studio that makes the shop's files, and it's built the same way: no macros, no clever tricks that break on someone else's laptop, example data clearly marked so you can delete it.

Several linked sheets, or a planner with several sections that talk to each other. For example a household budget that feeds a savings tab and a yearly overview.
Prices include VAT. "From" is where it starts; your written quote gives the final price before anything begins.

You get a written quote by email.
Final price with VAT, what you'll get, the timing and the licence. Nothing starts until you accept it and pay through the payment link in the quote.
We build it, you check it.
You'll see it before it's final and can ask for changes.
You get the files.
Same delivery as the shop, plus a short note on how it's set up.
Payment for custom work happens through a link in your quote, not through the shop's checkout.

Out of scope
- Financial, tax, legal, medical or psychological advice. We build the layout; what goes in it is yours.
- Connections to your bank, apps that sync on their own, or macros.
- Templates for you to resell, or for use in a business, workshop or coaching practice. Custom work comes with a personal-use licence unless your quote says otherwise.
- Copies of another shop's or brand's template.
What you send us
We only need enough to build the structure: your categories, your sections, how you like it laid out. Use made-up figures if you want to show us an example. Please don't send bank statements, account numbers or health details. When the work is delivered, we delete the examples and screenshots you sent, unless you ask us to keep them for later changes.
