It depends on the template, and each product page has a "Works with" table. In short: the money sheets need Google Sheets or Excel, the tablet planners need an annotation app like GoodNotes or Notability, the printables need a printer, and the Notion templates need a Notion account. See which app you'll need.

The links are built for GoodNotes and Notability. The PDF opens anywhere, but some apps, including several on Android tablets, don't follow the tabs and date links, or only in a reading mode. If you use a different app, ask us before buying and we'll tell you what we know.

The 2027 Digital Planner has every date filled in, January to December 2027. The Undated Digital Planner has blank dates, so you can start mid-year or skip a week without wasted pages. Both come with Monday-start and Sunday-start versions.

For most of our Notion templates, no: the free plan works. Each product page says what that template needs.

Yes. The previews on each product page are pages from the real file, with example data. There's no free sample, so if something on the page isn't clear, ask us first. That's quicker than buying and asking afterwards.

We're a new shop, and we won't make any up. Here's what you can check instead.

Yes. The price you see includes VAT where it applies, and that's what you pay. Your bank may add currency conversion or card fees if your card isn't in euros.

One says you're buying for personal use, one accepts the terms, and two are about withdrawal. For files, the law lets the 14-day right of withdrawal end once you start using them, but only if you've agreed to that first. Those last two boxes are that agreement, and they let us send your link straight away.

One order is one template or one bundle. For two templates that aren't in a bundle, place two orders. Bundles show both prices: the bundle, and the items bought separately.

Not with this licence. Everything in the shop is for personal use, which rules out clients, a business, a workshop or coaching. Write to support@dreamassetsstudio.com about a commercial licence.

Ask for a new one at the top of this page with your email and order number, any time in the 24 months after you bought. Nothing yet? Check spam, then write to us.

Check the paper size first: A4 file for A4 paper, Letter file for Letter paper. Then print at 100% or "Actual size" rather than "Fit to page". More in printing.

Yes. One purchase covers you and your household: you can share the file at home and print copies for everyone in it. What you can't do is send it to friends or post it anywhere.

Tell us what you see, in which app, and send a screenshot if you can. If a file doesn't open or doesn't match its description, we'll fix it or refund you. That's your legal guarantee, not a favour.

You have 14 days to withdraw as long as you haven't used any link from the order. Once you've started a download or opened an access link, the right ends, because you asked for immediate access at checkout. If you still have the right, use Withdraw from the contract here.
